The third floor is a large L-shaped retreat with bar and washroom, and a magnificent deck with views in all directions taking in Point Nepean, Bass Strait, Port Phillip Bay and Arthur's Seat. Both decks have gourmet BBQ's. The Decks is located in a quiet neighbourhood just a short drive from the Rye foreshore and the ocean beach with spectacular 360 degree views of Port Phillip Bay, Point Nepean and Bass Strait from the large living room and wrap around deck on the third level.
