We have expanded over time to cover all areas of the Mornington Peninsula  looking after our clients holiday houses and apartments. We answer emails & phone calls 7 days a week and meet and greet guests personally at those houses where clients have chosen our full management service. We also offer guests a free personal booking service to find the right accommodation to suit them amongst those houses listed on our SRR website. Our Accommodation Booking Service offers budget style with BYO sheets, pillowcases and towels to luxury holiday accommodation with linen service provided.

We also list Bed & Breakfast properties where owners live on site to service their guests needs on arrival to departure, including process of credit cards if you do not have this facility.

For SRR and your own bookings.

• We offer a total package deal giving you Search Engine Optimisation of your property listing page on this site which includes up to 12 photos of your property, a Google map and an availability calendar which is always kept up to date by SRR Plus you also get a listing on other sites all managed and kept up to date for you.
   
• FREE extras with the total package deal include Showcase, Feature and Highlight marketing on the  peninsula.PAGES website and a Highlighted listing to help your property stand out, PLUS Your Own fully Hosted 5 page website if you don't already have a website of your own. This is all managed by SRR as a total package deal.
   
• All of the above will be updated and maintained at no extra cost after sign up with SRR as a special deal to clients listing on our SRR website.

For Bookings Only Clients.

• There is no set up fee or listing fee but there is a monthly charge payable in advance for 6 months minimum exposure and a commission fee for secured bookings.

Option 1: 'Full Management Service' - Recommended for Owners who are interstate or overseas for more than 3 months during the Summer Season.

Option 2: 'Bookings Only Service' with a secure deposit taken from your guests. Credit Card facilities available for Visa & MasterCard.

• You do not have to exclusively list with us if you choose our 'Bookings Only' service.
  
• Your property must be available for rental for a minimum of 3 months over the Summer Season but preferably all year round.
  

With our 'Bookings Only Service' the following Options apply:

• You decide on one-night stays, two-night minimums, weekly or longer options for your property. 
• You decide on price or take our suggestions on each booking
  
• You have the right of refusal on any booking before a deposit is placed by a guest.
  
• You are in control of all dates for check in and check out year round.
  
• All copies of Paperwork and deposits are forwarded to you within 3 days of a booking being confirmed by your guests deposit or full payment. 
  
• Balances and bonds can be processed by Visa or Mastercard with immediate approval for a small extra charge, ( optional service )
  

With our 'Full Management Service' the following services apply

• We Meet & Greet your guests on arrival with fresh milk and juice
• Complimentary items are always provided for your guests.
• Linen is taken and returned from the laundry for you
• Beds are remade or clean linen stored
  
• Cleaning is arranged after every guests stay.
• A bond is taken for all stays.
• We can provide a linen service for your guests at their expense.
  
• We have an extra roller bed, cot, high chair and baby bath.
• Extra services from SRR are available when needed, upon request, or by prior arrangement, for tradesmen and maintenance work all year round or in an emergency.
  
• We are always 'on call' when you have guests booked in.
