We would like to introduce ourselves and give you an idea of our services. We are a registered business and started our own self cater Holiday House in St Andrews Beach in 2001. We sold this house 6 years later to concentrate on the growing demands of the Booking service for our clients.
We answer emails & phone calls 7 days a week and meet and greet guests. We have expanded over the years
and look after our clients holiday houses and apartments, offering guests a personal service to find the right accommodation to suit them.
Our Accommodation Booking Service offers budget style with BYO sheets, pillowcases and towels to luxury quality holiday accommodation with linen service plus any special arrangements covering all areas of the Mornington Peninsula for self cater style Holiday Houses and Apartments for your guests exclusive use.
We also list Bed & Breakfast properties where owners live on site to service their guests needs on arrival to departure.
We offer a total package deal giving you Search Engine Optimisation of your property listing page on this site
which includes up to 12 photos of your property, a Google map and an availability calendar which is always kept up to date.
FREE extras include Showcase, Feature and Highlight marketing on
peninsula.PAGES website and a Highlighted listing
to help your property stand out, PLUS Your Own fully Hosted 5 page website if
you don't already have a website.
All of the above will be managed, updated and maintained at no extra cost after sign up with SRR as a special deal to clients listing on
our website.
Option 1: 'Full Management Service' - Limited ( Sorry - No vacancies at the moment ) subject to the location of your property. Recommended for Owners who are interstate or overseas or too busy to be here to look after guests and maintainence of their Holiday house.
Option 2: 'Bookings Only Service' with a secure deposit taken from your guests. Credit Card facilities available for Visa & MasterCard.
- A complimentary game of full court tennis is offered to your guests with every booking made through the SRR website.
- You do not have to exclusively list with us if you choose our 'Bookings Only' service.
- Full Management Service requires exclusivity to SRR to take bookings for high season times Dec & Jan & public holiday weekends. Your property must be available for rental year round.
With our 'bookings only' service the following Options apply:
- You decide on one-night stays, two-night minimums, weekly or longer options for your property.
- You can decide on price or leave it to us.
- You have the right of refusal on any booking before a deposit is placed by a guest.
- You are in control of all dates for check in and check out year round.
- Paperwork and deposits are forwarded to you within 48 hours of a booking being confirmed by your guests payment.
- Balances and bonds can be processed by Visa or Mastercard with immediate approval for an extra charge, this is optional
With our 'Full Management Service' the following services apply
- We Meet & Greet your guests on arrival with fresh milk and juice
- Complimentary items are always provided for your guests.
- Linen is taken and returned from the laundry for you
- Beds are remade or clean linen stored
- Cleaning is arranged after every guests stay.
- A bond is taken for all stays.
- We can provide a linen service for your guests at their cost.
- We have an extra roller bed, cot, high chair and baby bath.
- Extra services available when needed, upon request or by prior arrangements for tradesmen and maintenance work
