Lounge has TV, DVD, VCR and surround sound stereo system. Dining area for 8 guests and kitchen with large fridge/freezer plus everything needed to make a great gourmet feast. On the Deck from the Dining area are a table & chairs to enjoy the views over the bayside beach and a large gas BBQ. On the deck is a 6-seater sunken outdoor spa. The house sits very high in the trees with views over the water in the bay. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a KS bed and double shower en-suite with a spa bath.

On the ground floor is a private self contained Apartment with Queen Sized beds as Bunks, TV, DVD and spacious en-suite.
