surround sound stereo system. Sunken Dining area for 8 guests and kitchen with
large fridge/freezer plus everything needed to make a great gourmet feast. On the Deck from the Dining area are a table & chairs to enjoy the views over
the bayside beach and a large gas BBQ. On the deck is a 6-seater sunken outdoor spa. The house
sits very high in the trees with views over the water in the bay.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with a KS bed and double shower en-suite
with a spa bath.
On the ground floor is a private self contained
Apartment with 2 QS beds (One up a steep ladder), TV, DVD and spacious shower and en-suite toilet. The
apartment kitchen has stove, fridge,
freezer with a huge table & benches nearby in the garden.
